The artist and her subject
The Dungog Archies returned in 2022 after an enforced layoff due to Covid 19.
The opening night on Friday 25th February was an outstanding success with over 120 people attending.
We were fortunate to hold the exhibition in one of Dungog's most historic buildings, the Old NAB building in Dowling Street, directly opposite the gallery. The home of members Mark Preece and Larry Simon, it is in the process of being lovingly restored to its former grandeur.
The competition will run from Friday 25 February 2022 until Sunday 13 March 2022.

Adult Section
First Prize - $750 . This is an acquisitive prize and the winning entry becomes the property of The Medical Practice Dungog.

Our judge
was Gerry Bobsein, who is eminently qualified to judge our Exhibition, being the Gallery Director at Maitland Regional Art Gallery.
Gerry has a host of qualification and experience being
Head Of Governance and Strategy at the National Gallery of Australia, prior to taking up her current position.
